4. Home Sample Collection

Home sample collection is offered as a convenience, subject to staff availability and service area. A trained phlebotomist will collect your sample at the address and time slot agreed with our team. Please ensure someone is available at the given location at the scheduled time.

5. Test Reports & Accuracy

We follow strict internal quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy of every report. However, diagnostic results can be influenced by factors outside our control, such as sample quality, patient preparation, or pre-existing conditions. You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us as early as possible, ideally before our staff has been dispatched for home collection. Once a sample has been collected and processing has begun, the test cannot be cancelled or refunded.
